Herblore allows you to clean herbs and combine them with secondary ingredients to create potions with powerful effects. Potions like Super combat, Saradomin brew, and Extended antifires are essential for endgame content. It is one of the more expensive skills due to ingredient costs.

Training methods
Base XP values match the original. Pantheon applies a 150x multiplier — multiply any base value below by 150 for in-game XP.

| 38-66 | Make prayer potions (ranarr + snape grass) | Anywhere | 87.5 | 87.5 XP per potion. High-demand items — you may profit depending on GE prices. |
| 66-90 | Make super restores (snapdragon + red spiders' eggs) | Anywhere | 142.5 | 142.5 XP per potion. Used heavily in bossing — produce for personal use or sale. |
| 90-99 | Make super combat potions (torstol + super sets) | Anywhere | 150 | 150 XP per super combat. Requires 4-dose super att/str/def as inputs. Used at NMZ and all endgame bossing. |
