Training methods
Base XP values match the original. Pantheon applies a 150x multiplier — multiply any base value below by 150 for in-game XP.
| Level | Method | Location | Base XP | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-20 | Cook shrimps / anchovies | Lumbridge Castle range | 30 | 30 XP per shrimp. At 150x rates you will level within a single inventory. |
| 20-40 | Cook trout / salmon | Barbarian Village or Rogues' Den | 70 | Trout 70 XP, Salmon 90 XP. Use Rogues' Den range to eliminate burn chance faster. |
| 40-80 | Cook lobsters (with Cooking gauntlets) | Rogues' Den, Burthorpe | 120 | Cooking gauntlets (Family Crest quest) drastically reduce burn rate. Stop burning at 74 with gauntlets. |
| 35-99 | Tempoross — cook reward fish supply | Tempoross Cove | 130 | Tempoross rewards raw fish crates. Cook the fish for bonus XP on top of the minigame fishing XP. |
| 80-99 | Cook sharks / dark crabs | Rogues' Den, Burthorpe | 210 | Sharks give 210 XP, dark crabs 215 XP. Best food for high-level PvM. Never burn sharks at 94+ (80 with gauntlets). |
