Attack governs your accuracy in melee combat, determining how often hits land against an opponent's Defence. Higher Attack unlocks progressively stronger weapons — from iron scimitars up to the Scythe of Vitur. It is typically trained alongside Strength and Defence using the Controlled combat style.

Pantheon notes: At 150x XP rates, reaching 70 Attack for the whip takes well under an hour of active combat. Slayer tasks are the most rewarding route since Slayer XP also stacks at 150x. Boss tasks from Duradel include Nex and the Desert Treasure II quartet once you hit 90+ Attack.

Training methods

Base XP values match the original. Pantheon applies a 150x multiplier — multiply any base value below by 150 for in-game XP.
