Mechanics

| 1 | Standard Phase | Vorkath alternates between a standard attack rotation — dragonfire balls, magic bolts, and ranged spikes. Pray Protect from Missiles as his primary damage source is ranged. Move off venom pools immediately. |
| 2 | Acid Phase | Vorkath freezes you in place and spits acid across the arena in a grid pattern. Walk in a straight horizontal line through the gaps — never stand still. Acid deals heavy damage each tick you remain on an acid tile. |
| 3 | Zombie Spawn | Vorkath occasionally spawns a Zombified Spawn that heals him if it reaches him. Immediately cast Crumble Undead on it — it is immune to all other attacks. If it reaches Vorkath, the fight becomes significantly harder. |
Tips & tricks
- Always use an Extended Super Antifire — both antifire AND anti-dragon shield are required for full immunity.
- Memorise the acid walk pattern before your first attempt: walk east or west in a straight line without stopping.
- Ruby bolts (e) proc above 500 HP; switch to Diamond bolts (e) once Vorkath drops below 500 HP for optimal DPS.
- Bring Crumble Undead runes on your spellbook — Magic shortcut to kill the zombie spawn is fastest.
- You can safe-spot the woox-walk technique for high KC/hour — but requires precise single-tick movement.
- The Salve amulet (ei) stacks with Void, making void + salve BiS over Armadyl at all stat levels.
