| 1 | Standard Phase | The Leviathan attacks with either Ranged boulders or Magic waves. Switch prayers to match each attack type. Boulder attacks leave floor hazards — step around them immediately. Magic wave is a sweeping attack — step perpendicular to it. |
| 2 | Shadow Realm Phase | The Leviathan periodically pulls players into the Shadow Realm. In the Shadow Realm, standard attacks deal significantly reduced damage. Locate the light tiles and stand on them to return to the normal realm faster. |
| 3 | Rock Throw Phase | The Leviathan rears back and fires multiple boulders at the arena floor. Shadows appear where boulders will land — stand in the gaps. Getting hit by a boulder deals 40–60 damage. |
Tips & tricks
- Prayer switching between Ranged and Magic is the core mechanic — always watch the attack animation.
- Standing on light tiles in the Shadow Realm drastically reduces your time in the realm.
- Boulder shadow markers appear 1 tick before impact — pre-position in gaps before they fall.
- The Magic wave sweeps in one direction — side-step it by moving perpendicular to the wave.
- This is a Desert Treasure 2 boss — advancing the questline unlocks access.
- Bring Ranging potions to maintain consistent DPS across the full fight duration.
