The Melee-based Dagannoth king at Waterbirth Island. Often killed alongside Prime and Supreme for full ring drops. Rex only attacks with Melee so Protect from Melee trivialises his damage.
Tip: Stand in the corner northwest of his spawn to prevent Prime and Supreme from aggressing while maging Rex.
