Mechanics

| 1 | Standard Phase (100%–66% HP) | Cerberus attacks with all three combat styles in a rotating pattern. Protect from Melee as her primary damage source. She also uses lava pools — step off the tile immediately. Keep DPS consistent and prayer topped. |
| 2 | Ghost Phase (below 66% HP) | At 66% HP, Cerberus howls and summons three ghosts — one per combat style. They arrive sequentially in the order: Melee ghost, then Ranged ghost, then Magic ghost. Switch prayers rapidly as each ghost attacks. Failure results in large unavoidable hits. |
| 3 | Lava Pool Phase (below 33% HP) | Below 33% HP, Cerberus increases lava pool frequency. The ghost mechanic continues alongside increased lava spawns. Prioritise stepping off lava tiles before prayer switching. |
Tips & tricks
- Ghost prayer order is always fixed: Protect from Melee, then Protect from Missiles, then Protect from Magic.
- Pre-position your cursor over your prayer tabs before the ghost howl to switch faster.
- Arclight's demon bonus significantly reduces kill time — it is BiS here.
- Lava pools deal 10–12 damage per tick — step off them before eating.
- The slayer helm (imbued) works on task and is better than most amulets — combine with Arclight.
- Cerberus resets if you leave her cave — do not teleport mid-kill.
