Pantheon is built by the community. All positions are volunteer-based with in-game perks and recognition.

How to Apply

Open Positions

Moderator

Enforce rules, handle reports, mute/ban offenders, and keep the community safe.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Available 10+ hours per week
  • Prior gaming moderation experience preferred
  • Calm, fair, and consistent in conflict resolution
  • Active Discord member

Developer

Build new content, fix bugs, and improve server systems. Kotlin/Java for server, TypeScript for web/bot.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Kotlin or Java (server) or TypeScript (web/bot)
  • Familiar with the game's mechanics
  • Comfortable with Git and pull request workflows
  • Able to read and extend existing large codebases
  • Portfolio or GitHub profile with code samples

Content Creator

Create YouTube videos, stream on Twitch, write guides, or produce social media content.

Requirements

  • Active YouTube, Twitch, or social media presence
  • Experience creating game content
  • Consistent upload schedule (minimum 2 posts/week)
  • Willing to feature Pantheon content regularly
  • Creative and self-motivated

QA Tester

Test new features, hunt for bugs, verify fixes, and ensure content accuracy before release.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the game's mechanics and content
  • Detail-oriented and thorough
  • Able to write clear, reproducible bug reports
  • Available for testing sessions during development cycles
  • Patience to test edge cases and unusual interactions
